Ann: Proposed issue of securities - POS, page-76

Seems this raise has a bit of urgency around it. Reading the recent co releases and watching a couple of interviews, they appear to be quite intent on getting things up and running asap if the last few pieces of the puzzle come together. Can't comment on the past raises as wasn't around in them days however given you've been around POS for some time and have some history ( i mean it in a nice way ) do you see similarities in this cap raise than the others i.e. same promises etc, or do you think the vibe has changed??
