Hi All

BPT can't invest further until the T/O offer is finalised. Also, none of the existing major sharholders are allowed to increase their holding by more than about a quarter without making an announcement.

Of more relevance, the market is more bullish than the DLS/BPT announcements on the likely success of C1 and M1.
The DLS SP is still a penny dreadful but IF the current drill program is successful the company would be sustainable without further distributions. The SP would appreciate accordingly. I also speculate that the downside risk is mitigated by the possibility of a renewed T/O offer (at possibly 3c +) if the current program is unsuccessful.

If you are investing a small proportion of your portfolio here the magnitude of a loss risk is (in my mind) less than the upside potential.
