Rolling out Eversource across the full utility should be worth 1m pa revenue is my guess. Probably waiting for confirmation in writing by customer to announce.
The share price got ahead of itself as market didn't fully understand the selling cycle ... it takes time. For the believers an opportunity to buy before next new business announcement.
