If I knew mate what they were doing with the dough I might be in the Bahamas lol...
Have skim read the report. No hints dropped anywhere about what they might do with the cash though they did discuss it would help them with opportunistic mergers and acquisitions.
Wouldn't be a bad time for them to buy NXS and NDO from my perspective now lol. Two companies for less than a bill.
I guess for companies wanting to be taken over or JV'ed by BHP is a bit like a beauty pageant. There is a beauty parade still to choose from. But I guess they don't want peanuts like NXS, probably more something on the scale of WPL or such.
There was a lot of talk they might gun for POT but it never materialised.
All speculation now.
