Obviously its still a penny dreadful however with 1,728,431,597 shares on issue its probably overvalued.
Compare with COE.They have 292 million shares (around 1/6 of the DLS shares on issue ), production of 400,000 barrels for FY 09 with no debt or hedging and 90 million cash.
Rough calculations of a 1 for 6 consolidation would put the DLS SP around 30 cents. COE trade around 40cents and are arguably in a position DLS could only dream about.
Will be an interesting couple of days before the BPT offer expires. I reckon the SP was pushed up to effectively stifle last minute acceptances of BPT's offer and its been a very successful strategy.
