what I meant was that SI could have been told to keep a tight lip about anything to do with Rem-l until after the agreement is finalised. Novartis might want to deliver the message or at least be seen to be jointly sharing the lime light.
So they have 30 days to finalise the agreement and issue a joint statement before or after the minutes are released…
I wouldn’t be surprised to see this happening this month- as I’ve said before, this gives MsB a reason to push Novartis to finalise. This is precious time that could be used in planning the trial, and they can’t really do that without closing out the agreement.
