PLS chart, page-2064

Hi Folks

PLS chart very strong right now.

I beginning to think that we are approaching over bought status, notice RSI(5) has spent a couple of weeks in the blue over bought area of over 80.

Using the big long FIB we have reached the Ext38.2% at 1.98 today and with the Ext50% at 2.13.

I also want you to notice the size of the gap between this week low at 1.82 and the 10WMA at 1.56 that a gap of 26. The last time that gap was so large was January and look at what happened afterwards.

What am I getting at?

Not saying this recent run is over , however , I would be a very reluctant top up buyer in the range 1.95 - 2.10.

I like the long term future of PLS , so I may just hold through a correction ( if it happens) or may consider if get to around 2.05 taking a portion of money of the table with the view , to rebuy into a retracement correction. With Ret23.6% at 1.75 and Ret38.2% at 1.60 so 1.70 looks good.

I have done this already once with PLS if I manage it again I will be close to free carrying the stock. I have used this tactic with other stocks in my signature list and managed to free carry some of them. Does it always work? No . That's why I only sell a portion each time I attempt it.

Just the way I deal with the markets so that I am not surprised by what plays out, As always DYOR.
