There is an Appendix 4D, which is for new listings (or listings returning from de-listing) which have to report quarterly cash flows until they have achieved eight positive operating cash flow quarters.

This is if an entity (at the time of listing) has less than a certain number of profitable prior halves or a net asset position of +X million. (Sorry, figures too far in the past)

ESI is not subject to a 4D reporting requirement, so therefore annual, half yearly and continuous disclosure.
