i was asked if i was taking shares in the ipo. i told them i did not know about the ipo and i got the impression that they were disappointed that i was unaware. i say i got the impression they were disappointed as the conversation about my "ipo knowledge" was cut short by me as it was a waste of my breath. (i do not get any shareholder paperwork at all for cowan/midas as i hold via a citicorp corporate hin - so citicorp get the registry stuff, not me - i never see it)

my point is i see nil benefit for them to not try to get cowan holders to "buy-in" as we are now a thorn in their side to be honest if the held parcel is unmarketable.
