FHC for me some patents would be pretty straight forward but what AXE have is something out of the box so I am struggling to understand how the examiners can give a tick of approval for an idea that is so deep and complicated that has ever been presented to them, the other issue for me is what is a patents true worth from a security perspective? It was only a few years ago that we had a pretty cosy trading relationship with a not too far away neighbor, now that relationship is prickly at best. If the World turns to anarchy and with such a powerful tool ripe for manipulation I can’t see a potential enemy sitting back and saying “We can’t touch this it has a patent””
