I would like to echo your sentiment of management being extremely financially responsible and reflect on a story that occurred with Coby about 3 years ago.

coby was in Melbourne for a short period and emailed me ahead asking to catch up for a coffee one night. He told me where he was staying and I met him outside his hotel and we went to a cafe around the corner. Out of curiosity I went to the hotel booking website to check the cost of the hotel and it was $106 a night. It was literally the cheapest accommodation in the whole CBD and I knew Coby was staying there particularly because he was on the shareholder dollar. Plenty of others would have stayed at crown or The Langham if they were not paying but Coby being a man of such integrity didn't want to waste any unnecessarily company dollars at the expense of his shareholders.

I truly believe we have the best and most responsible management in the world and this event really galvanized my belief in them.
