This prove to me that CE is a dog. He just wanted to dilute the retail shareholders to nothing and replace it with institutional holdings.
unfortunately CE is not acting in the interest of us , hence the well informed and short sellers are relentless in selling for the past few months. We just got screwed. I hope CE and MB do get voted out of their respective position when the share price tank further
