If this is a raise at 3c, and there are 1:3 free options. Then options are currently 2.4c meaning that's an effective 0.8c discount and the total price is 2.2c.
That's a 37% discount to the last traded price.
Stock price will not like that when it opens.
I can't see the term sheet and Fresh Equities is saying this deal is already done so I expect we'll come out of halt tomorrow.
