Derkfoote - I have made a few bucks mate. I focus on stocks with defined resources and good management. ADD was a reckless bet based on a mate's tip. My m.o is as follows:
1. Follow the likes of Sprott, Ian Henderson, Pala, Pinetree & Evy Hambro.
2. Follow good management a la Integra, Citadel
3. Do your numbers - work out the adjusted enterprise value per tone/lb or oz of resource in the ground and compare it to peers. Adjusted enterprise value would be market cap + debt - cash + needed capex.
Check out price graphs for Citadel, Aquila, Mantra, Northgate for the last 6 months. I am mainly a gold bug but also look at uranium.
And boys, for all my past sins I lived in Sumatra for 5 years working on a coal project hence my horror and scepticism about our ADD boys venturing into this territory. Finally, i believe the real reason for stopping drilling at LS was that they could not find the uranium not that the uranium sentiment changed. But I could be wrong boys.
Look, I appreciate I have stirred the hornet's nest but as I have said let us wait to hear the facts.
