Have they got confirmation of the 5 year extension of the permit yet? Without it they have no chance of refinancing anything.
Devilinc, I believe the $160,000.00 I look like dropping, when this project that supposedly had so much potential finally goes arse up ,gives me the right to slag anyone I hold personally responsible for the loss of my money. Sure I agree with you, that we are all responsible for our own decisions and actions. But when those decisions are based on what you are being told by the Chief Executive of a publicly listed company, a person with whom you believe you are in a fiduciary relationship with, one would expect that what you are being told by that person would be the truth. I have now realised although I have long suspected it, that reporting honestly or presenting the facts honestly to shareholders by Alex Mackenzie and his minions was not a trait they adhered to on all occasions. At times it has been near impossible for anyone to discern the facts from the fiction.
The main piece of fiction for me was the statement that for 12.4 Million US$ our plant update would be up and running. Not so long ago now I was told by our new acting CEO that it would likely cost another 10 to 12 million AUS$ to achieve that and that is after they got another 1.5 million from Coris. How could Mackenzie and Riley be so far out. Personally, I would not trust either of them to put a stamp on and envelope without stuffing it up.
Devilinc, I do hope though you and Alex have a good time at the family Christmas gathering this year.

There would also be a ball mill somewhere between China and Africa , where is that and the ancillary machinery ?
Maybe someone needs to get their hands on that ?
