The cost of mining is also going up, most companies cannot even get a work force fully manned for there contracts.
And if its still in the ground then anyone can come along and mine it, some private company could buy the leases and it would be theirs,
NOTHING has happened at Edna Beryl for a couple of years now, maybe that mining lease has expired?
