Range is a funny company, it has always had shady characters involved in it, but more peculiarly, when it is within 1mm of achieving a goal it brings on another project and divests of it's previously current project to focus on the new project. In the meantime some of the top 20 have conveniently sold their holdings for millions of dollars.
