Perhaps everyone should ask themselves why the major law firms and brokers have a climate change division ready to start trading in carbon credits. There will be fortunes to be made out of this, and who will pay the bill? - the average Australian who will be paying higher prices for almost everything. And the climate - remember the climate and the planet - well, that won't change one fraction of a degree.
Recognise a con when you see one. If you want to change the human impact on the planet this tax is not the way to do it.
