    I'd doubt there is a capital raising coming - what's the point? It's too late to start buying distressed companies/properties as prices started to recover, most of their competitors fixed up their balance sheets...

    They can't launch another SPP coz 1 years hasn't passed.
    If there is a capital raising, then it would be a rights issue - probably 1 for 5 at $11 or so.

    Just my opinions.
