    Yes, AGY has been taking the "express" lane since 2016. They were going to have a 10kt/pa plant by 2018 with their "special sauce".

    Going further into my research, AGY does not have a completed EIA - that will be a issue in the ESG conscious world we are living in, and was it not suppose to be completed in 2016?
