I agree, this is water under the bridge in terms of current position. The market already punished the company for all that is alleged, but this is now more about the Doc I think. The market punished the company, and many investors lost money, but the Doc made a lot of money. That's the part that is left unpunished and I think they'll be ruthless with him. The best think he can do is cooperate so this doesn't drag on and take his punishment - Do what's right for investors and the company.
I even think there is more hope for this company if he isn't managing it. I have no issue with him advising on science, just keep him away from the governance side of things.
