I get the feeling today's action was due to the SPP being oversubscribed already. Also I get the feeling that anyone applying from today onwards will get zilch in the SPP. According to the company, the time that you apply for the SPP is part of the allotment calculations. I think that's all good as long as it's done with full transparency. If they don't explain in detail how it will be all allocated, then this is a rigged process.
Has anyone seen these sort of SPP before? If so, can anyone share some light into this process and what sort of formula would be used to calculate the allocation?
