I agree with you dogman, Paul said during question time that the priority was to get the IND up and running as this will add share holder value and that then they would discuss possible partnerships etc. He also stated he was in discussion with big Pharma later this week.
My take is that once IND is started the risk drops and the share value rises and then some big Pharma cash will be accepted.
I bought more today and am happy after the presentation.
