Seems a few here get a bit fidgety if there isnt an ann every week or upwards price action. just recapping. (and trying to get above that other thread )

MKT Cap - 18m
NPV just on the Ardmore project likely over 500m
IRR likely around 50%
Plant already on site and 27k tonnes already mined and processed.
Chrisp holds 30%ish of all shares, recently loaned another 1m in form of convertible notes.
Top class CEO with experience in taking operations from explorer to producer and extensive marketing.
Potash project is seeing some work and more news to come on that this quarter.
Potential for recovering Rare earth elements from the Ardmore phosphate is being looked at. (if succesful, what value would that add to the project?)

Re-rate will happen. just a matter of when, no need to fret or worry. If this was the gold equivalent we would be many multiples higher of our mkt cap.
