If one wants to ASK a mining co, GEOLOGICAL QUESTIONS etc
and MORE IMPORTANTLY THAT of the COMPETENT PERSON [GEO] SIGNING RNS/ANN, then
one will need to show PROOF of being a SHAREHOLDER as norm?

disallowed HAS RULES IN PLACE and the COMPETENT PERSON CANNOT ANSWER FORMALLY [he does NOT have the mandate?] AS IT NEEDS TO GO TO THE NOMINATED ADVISOR?

IF STILL NOT SATISFIED, THEN IT WILL BE TO THE COURTS - IF NOT A SHAREHOLDER OF THE CO, ONE WONDERS IF THEY WOULD EVEN ALLOW THE CASE TO BE LODGED? Then, as usual, EXPERT WITNESSES will be called [renowned GEOLOGICAL experts in their field etc].
If a shareholder, then the case will have to be lodged with the Courts as that is due process. Everything will be heard as norm so that all sides will have a full hearing.

There may be other avenues but it appears not to be suitable in the case of questions on a technical type eg geology/Competent Person. The other avenue is via calling an EGM [5% shareholder & more importantly voting rights]. A group wanted to "run" a UK mining co and they called an EGM to remove the Chairman/CEO? It then went to the UK COURTS and the Court decision was in FAVOR of the CO, not those who wanted to take over the co. Other than that, have NOT heard of any other case/s of a geological nature??? The Nominated Advisor would have been the 1st port of call per the regulations?
