As you would know (but for benefit of others less ecperiencef), there are generally 3 types of CR; (1) to retail (e.g., SHs), (2) to so called "sophisticated" (really mostly Daytraders operating in big chunks). This lot got most that CR at 12.c, and they are/were
READY to (and DID) dump ANY second with any, e.g. typically 10-50% profit, and (3) to Institutional. This lot fall into two categories; (3a) those in the sector (biotech and pharma based firms), and this lot is THE LOT WE WANT, and (3b) the institutional that are finance based (e.g., as big as banks, or funds). While this lot are better than the so called "sophisticated", but have lesser foresight than the biotech/pharma based institutions. They only look at merm profit (thanks -NOT- to pressure from their short sighted clients) and are ready to sell at a risk'balanced profit (e.g. x2). The last/recent raise included a lot of these investors. So, we can expect them sell at about $0.8-$1.2. However, I hope in the process the baseline will lift (as it has over last 18 months) and more and more shares will fall in the hands of those who look long term, be it loyal/retail SH or biotech/pharma based institutions, who will hold till we see things coming to fruition (pIII for efti, or phII/IIb for IMP761).
