a company can scale back and allocate if the terms of their SPP rules allows them.
But I am pretty sure MAK said in its announcements that in the even of oversubscriptions, then all offers would be scaled back pro-rata.
I didnt write the MAK SPP rules, the company did and so they need to come to the party.
