The elephant in the room that no one is talking about is the resignation of Managing Director Mark Deuter. In the prospectus he was described as the driving force behind AMX and is one of the major shareholders. Now he is apparently resigning, with the share price 30% below the IPO price, having watched the value of his own investment plummet since ipo, and now he is choosing to leave and put his investment in someone else’s hands? If I was in his shoes I would be wanting to steer the ship myself at this point and actively participate in getting my investment back on track. I am wondering if Mark actually choose to resign or was he pushed?
