Perhaps front loading the cost to FY2022, leaving FY2023 to reap the "benefits" of lower cost in the subsequent years?
There is the cynical side of me that is aware that LJ has the first tranche of share options due some time in the middle of 2023 and therefore 2023 is the year when DCN will be doing very well?
