@1old g not criticising but if i read it correctly I think you have every scenario covered with the same recommendation ie buy on market immediately .
The only thing I would say is if we don't have orders in the system before the open surely the "shorters" will and they will potentially get out cheap as there is always some sellers. But I am not a shorter so I am not across how they will try and get out .
