@Justadabble following on from our lodged date discussion, I have a simple exercise that demonstrates it is more likely a January 2020 date than December 2019. So even if you don't believe my source which is the NEATS website, or my other source which is the BPH annual report, you can look to this instead.
Take all the work days in each status. Subtract these days from today's date and you get:
So not perfectly 23/01/2020, but it certainly makes the NEATS site look more accurate than the previous December 2019 date.
