IMHO, As far as stealing the project goes, I dont believe DL E&C have anything to do with the Syngas or the stage 1, only stage 2 urea plant and equipment and production..
LCK have to drill and supply the Syngas and electricity. (The 30% Difference). But I stand to be corrected.
It would make sense that without the access to Syngas and electricity they would not be in a position to steal anything. I am sure that LCK have made that very clear in any agreement. gltah.
