$3+ before on or before Oct. 31st (Halloween). This has been dead money for some time because we are waiting for phase 3 results. We pretty much figured that we weren't going to get any activity in so far as partnerships or what have you until we go through phase 3 so that we can actually get what we really deserve with risk mitigated and such. what he how quick this gets back to where it should be which is certainly well North of $3 IMHO
