Massive scam. Shareholders royally screwed over. Offtaker calling a force majeure and then picking up the asset (which by all accounts was the best quality lithium in Australia) for a pittance. Administrators wrung the towel for every last drop of sweat they could. Aussie Mum's and Dad's absolutely savaged. It's a blight on the ASX and corporate Australia.

I'm so wary of my investments these days. That's why I invested in Jupiter. It's everything that A40 wasn't. Cashflow positive. Check. Cheap producer. Check. Pays dividends. Check. Management buying on market. Check. So I learnt a lesson from A40. However the biggest lesson I learnt is to pay attention to the Red flags,rather than ignore them with my own bias. I must admit, there's one or two Red flags starting to appear with JMS atm so I will monitor and assess this investment more diligently
