FBR General Discussion, page-1317

It is great to see FBR projects using the Hadrian. That aside, there is no way possible for these projects to have any impact whatsoever on the share price. There is an unbelievable amount of shares, over 2.18 BILLION outstanding. This is standing in the way with no way out. FBR indicates it wants to go global. The best way or one of the best ways is to get with WB or CAT or any other 100 year old company. But they can not negotiate or even have a conversation with them because of 2.18 Billion. We all look for even a tiny bit of movement every time we tune into HC, it ain't happening. I will hold with the hope they restructure in a way to benefit all.
