    1. CR is imminent to keep lights on and increase project %
    2. FEED study was completed on time, but AVZ unhappy and went back to the drawing board to play with inputs to give desired outcome
    3. Absolutely 0% of FCOT Q1 2023
    4. FID will not be made in June, it will be Q4 at the earliest if not later
