What will it take for bullish sentiment to change? Thus far, every situation has been spun to be bullish.
Low vaccination take-up and lockdowns - bullish because that will increase, and we will see a big rebound.
Lockdowns causing many SMEs to close for good - bullish because Government and RBA will continue to inject $$$
The economic outlook is not great for the coming months but is expected to rebound by Xmas (5 months away) - bullish because the market is forward-looking so let's rise for something that may occur in 5 months' time if everything goes perfect. If it doesnt, more $$$ will be injected in again, so bullish again.
Almost every scenario seems to be spun in a bullish way. How long can this continue? What is not bullish? Serious question for those on here.
P.s. I'm not implying that the market should collapse here. But not even a significant retrace?
