The past is a very easy place to live and many stay there, their whole lives. My two careers were both about solutions and solutions can only ever be found in the future based upon knowledge of the past.
So to humour you as you have asked I could say that your question really has no answer at present because it is about the future.
Alternatively I could say that one of my proven methods for finding solutions when the present past events do not disclose one immediately is to wait for something to occur which then becomes a past event that provides sufficient insight to start to work towards a future solution/answer.
I am sure you know that I have a $1.00 by Christmas prediction. To firm up this prediction I am of the opinion that there is a future event that we need to happen and after it occurs we may then have a past event to much better infer the solution to your problem.
This future event is the presentation by Rob Telson on 13 to 15 September, 2021. The reaction to that presentation and the media which flows from it over the following couple of weeks will be something upon which we might rely to answer your question.
If everything goes to plan I expect or hope that Rob Telson will have the AKD1000 chip, the USB stick, the module for laptops and the Raspberry Pi Tacheon module at this event. The reaction to these technology firsts will be all illuminating in my opinion.
Other future events which could occur in September, October could come from those who are supplied with the AKD1000 chip/s completing their testing and deciding to come out of stealth and be announced as IP or chip deals by Brainchip via the ASX.
The unknown though is will these deals need to be an announcement now that Renesas has the ability to be an IP provider of AKIDA technology to end users?
The current speculation around Google could in reality remain speculation for years given that Renesas and Google are long term technology partners. As a result if there is a relationship and if they were inclined they could keep their dealings with Brainchip (if they exist) completely secret by running the deal via Renesas.
All Brainchip shareholders would see then is income from royalties growing throughout 2022 as exampled in the Acting CEO's AGM presentation.
There is one final future event that when it occurs could be of sufficient significance as to provide the necessary insight into future value and that is the announcement of the new CEO. Where this will fit into a time line no one outside the inner circle at Brainchip would be able to say except for the future CEO so it is definitely an event that must be awaited before it can be used to find a solution/answer but it could be of such significance or not as to completely answer your value equation.
