Raising done for "SOPHS AND INNERS" knowing the deal would be going through.....

Matts connections with WRM soph investors, AUL soph investors, WRM's BoD, AUL's BoD and letting 13m plus shares be taken in one hit(this could not be achieved on market and at this price)..

When the merger finalises for trading they will be totally reliant on mum and dads to make money.......The pumps will begin the volume and sentiment will gain(with posters like you putting lipstick on pigs and "the plant will be humming with gold posts by others)and thats when the sophs will gain.....

If you dont know how the mechanics work in penny stocks you really shouldn't be spruiking poor performing stocks and helping trap mum and dads that just follow the hype.....

There will be plenty more trapped after this mergers and the trapped ones will be to far under for when the sophs will be called on again to throw them some money at much cheaper prices than market and much lower from where the SP is now.......
