Shareholders would still own those shares through owning FFX stock. so distribution would be 50% JV partner, 40% distribution to shareholders for Spinco and FFX to retain 10% which will be owned indirectly by FFX shareholders. This would be in shareholders interest for FFX to also have some upside from the project on its balance sheet once the de-merger has occurred as well for voting.
