    Good illustration of the market cycle...

    Between 'Panic' and 'Disbelief' is where the real action happens.

    This is where the pain of the drop gets too much for retail investors that bought at the highs. So many are willing to cut their losses to stop any further pain.

    This area also happens to be the time smart money start to step in to scoop up all the panic sells in order to get set for the proper run that's just about to start...
