Regarding the SPP, when buying shares and paying via Internet transfer, do you have to submit the application form via mail.

It says on the application that you don't have to submit it if paying via direct transfer but in another section it says that your application won't be accepted without the payment slip.

Can I just pay the money and not send something off or do I have to send off the application as well as pay?
