The objections to the grant of these last five permit applications were withdrawn two weeks ago with a recommendation on Monday that they be granted. Given there is no formally recognised Native Title means that they.should now move quickly through the remainder of the application process and be formally granted in the near term.
Meanwhile Leviathan needs to be drilled by the end of November to meet the requirements of the EIS funding. No evidence that I can see of any plans to do so at this point.
Behemoth permit is due to expire on the 12th of December 2021.
