    These are some of the incentives I was speaking of in an earlier post of Post #: 54740508
    And here is an example of a person using them to purchase something for themselves

    All these incentives increase home prices over and over, and who knows what price she could have paid, and amount of debt needed, if these incentives were not there in the first place to distort prices.
    IMO, it would have been much less that $594k.
