An MOU for PRL is the beginning of the process..... not the end.
There are a whole lot more steps to be agreed before any Hydrogen is produced.

Hazer signed an MOU with Chiyoda back in December 2019......

Only in the next few weeks are we expecting to get a better understanding of what that has yielded but they are a lot further down the track.

Still Hazer MC is less than PRL.
