Walmak - I suggest you read yesterday's announcement, in detail. It's all in there. GLI even phoned me and offered me a bucketload of their shares in return for 10% of my holding in IDG at the time. I politely declined the offer!

Goygt - I'm not suggesting for a moment that the new directors have failed. What I'm pointing out is the market's reaction to the takeover. The market doesn't like it, so the price goes down. Doesn't matter in the short term if the new directors have even had a board meeting yet - the market doesn't like the whole scenario. And neither do I.

I would happily buy back in if the trend reverses into a well-established uptrend, but in the near term, this seems to be heading for the basement.

Again, I'd point out that I'm not simply downramping IDG now - but just pointing out a reality check of what the market thinks of it.
