Good thing about hot copper slangs are rarely used here. (Why it is called Hot Copper ? )
That's why one will not find here any one using slangs. I personally hate abbreviations. I have been caught badly. If one join a new type of industry, one comes across heaps of slangs only confined to that industry.
To give an example "Olive" is a fruit(or pickel if you wish to call) but I got caught "Olive" being used for "metal ferrules". Text book says ferrules but industry uses "Olive".
