then what just like happened to Vista the mine could be taken away from them at the stroke of a pen or via mine worker protests, even if that happened production could be stymied by the worker conditions that are placed on it via the local unions, lets remember the 1996 troubles were ignited by mine workers resistance to modern mine working practices.........how will the locals adapt too and support a modern open cut mine operation.....its not as if the mine workers these days in Bolivia are lest militant, the recnt buring down of the tax office by mine workers is instructive in this regard.....what tribute or worker demands will RAU be subject too in order to operate a mine and will those demands be obstructive to a mines efficient working
this is the essence of what folks to as sovereign risk , yet despite these many obstacles , a dump truck, a loader and digger are very encouraging lol
