So... no change with the FDA as the result of the meeting and no progress with the Novartis deal as the result of the meeting is the logical conclusion.
In your mind perhaps ... but there is no logical conclusion as you state - unless you work for the FDA, Novartis or MSB and are in the know, it is all conjecture from the likes of you (and me) in the interim - just sayin'
