With the aGVHD decision from the FDA meeting they released it straight away to the market because it was a significant change with a material impact. They didn't have to wait 30 days to receive the formal minutes...
I would expect the same obligations apply to the latest meeting.
So, no change, nothing new. and I don't think Novartis would expect to find out the results of a critical meeting by reading about it in the newspaper after the formal minutes are received
